Using Ringzi
Ringzi creates original ringtones from the descriptions you write. By using Ringzi you agree to these terms. Ringzi is currently an early product, so features may change.
Free Ringzis and credits
Each new account gets 5 Library Credits for existing Sound Library clips and 1 AI Credit for a custom sound, plus one free alternative of their first AI Ringzi. Library Credits are free-only and earned through signup or referrals. AI Credits can be purchased and never expire. Playing, downloading and sharing Ringzis you already made uses no credits.
Payments and refunds
Credit purchases are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. If an AI generation fails and you receive no usable ringtone, the AI Credit is returned automatically. A failed Library ringtone does not consume its Library Credit. Unused purchased AI Credits can be refunded on request; credits already spent on delivered ringtones are not refundable.
Your ringtones
You may use the ringtones you create for personal use, including setting them on your own devices and sharing them with friends. Contact us before using a Ringzi commercially or in any broadcast, advertising or published work.
What isn't allowed
Don't ask Ringzi to reproduce commercial songs or imitate a real person's voice, and don't use Ringzi to create hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive or otherwise unlawful audio. We may remove content and stop providing access if these terms are broken.
Availability
Ringzi is provided as is. We can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every generated ringtone will meet your taste, and Ringzi cannot change your phone's system ringtone for you — your device does that step.
