Your account
You can browse and design a Ringzi without an account. An account is required before adding a Library sound or generating custom AI audio, so your credit balances and saved Ringzis can follow you between devices. Shared Ringzis can still be played and downloaded without signing in.
What we store
For each Ringzi we store the description you wrote, the style, length and voice settings, the finished audio, any rating you give, and basic usage events such as creating, downloading, sharing and opening a shared link. We also record your device type so we can show the right setup instructions.
Audio and shared links
Audio files are stored privately and served through temporary links. Anyone you send a Ringzi link to can play, download and remix that Ringzi, so only share links with people you trust.
Payments
Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered directly with them and never reach Ringzi. We keep a record of the pack purchased, the amount and the AI Credits granted. Library Credits are never sold.
Service providers
Descriptions and voice lines are sent to our audio generation provider to create your ringtone. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can delete saved Ringzis at any time from My Ringzis. Clearing your browser storage resets its anonymous usage ID. Contact us if you'd like the records tied to your Ringzis removed.
